The Park Your Pool system did not hinder the sale of our house. It gave potential buyers the option to leave the attractive decking or remove the system and simply replaster the pool. It had very little bearing on the value of our home. We also had the obvious savings on electricity, water usage, and pool maintenance during the time we owned the home.
